An 11"x14" unframed rendering of a home is $400 and takes six to eight weeks to complete.
Eliza can work from your own photographs or can take photos of the building herself if the building is in the Richmond area. Photographs can either be hand delivered or sent via email.
An unframed illustration of a commercial building is $500.
Framing is available for an additional $100.
A $200 deposit is due upon ordering and the balance is due upon delivery.
