Custom pen and ink drawings of buildings are available upon request.
An 11"x14" unframed rendering of a home is $550 and takes approximately eight weeks to complete, longer during December holidays.
Eliza can work from your own photographs or can take photos of the building herself if the building is in the Richmond area. Photographs can either be hand delivered or sent via email.
An unframed illustration of a commercial building, including churches and schools is $650.
Framing is available for an additional $185.
A $275 deposit is due upon ordering and the balance is due upon delivery.
